The annual board meeting was held on September 26, 2025. The event took place in Helmstedt and was relatively well attended, with a total of 27 people participating. Due to the current bylaws, only three of these were entitled to vote (delegate principle). Therefore, the central purpose of this members' meeting was to adopt new bylaws.
